Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has joined the refrain of these criticizing Twitter chief Elon Musk after he suspended a number of liberal journalists from his social media platform Thursday.

In a pair of tweets, Ocasio-Cortez, D-New York, accused Musk of “abuse of energy” and inspired him to “lay off the proto-fascism” hours after he briefly barred journalists who labored for CNN, the New York Occasions, the Washington Submit and others.

Musk claimed the journalists allegedly violated the platform’s new coverage to not share real-time location data after they posted “assassination coordinates.”
