A coyote attacked a toddler in entrance of her household’s Woodland Hills residence in broad daylight Friday and tried to tug her away earlier than her father rescued her, in keeping with safety video and the younger woman’s household.
The coyote could be seen attacking the kid as her father is busy locking up the household’s SUV, the household’s doorbell video confirmed. The animal knocked the kid down and grabbed her left leg and tried to tug her away as she screamed.
The woman’s father swept up the kid in his arms and instantly chased the coyote away, throwing a water bottle on the animal.
“I heard her screaming and crying and I believed she fell down and I noticed the coyote was there,” Ariel Eliyahuo, the toddler’s father, instructed NBC4. The daddy and little one had simply returned residence from an outing.
The incident occurred about 3:45 p.m. and was caught on safety video proven on NBC and several other different native TV stations.
The younger woman sustained scratches to her leg and was taken to a hospital to get a rabies shot, the household stated.
