California sheriff says drugs, guns the motivation behind January shooting


A California sheriff revealed on Friday he believes medicine and weapons led to the January 16 taking pictures in Tulare County during which six individuals have been killed, together with a 10-month-old child.

Rigoberto Benavides, 36, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia; Patricia Flores, 30, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of parole; Michael Castro, 40, was charged with little one endangerment and prohibited individual in possession of a firearm; and Tommy Gonzales, 30, was charged with felon in possession of a firearm, felon in possession of ammunition and possession of a stolen firearm.

A complete of 26 arrests have been made in reference to the continuing investigation.
