A 20-year-old Florida man was arrested Friday after he allegedly shot the mom of his 2-year-old daughter and her mom.
Radrick Francois, 20, is accused of fatally taking pictures Tanga Owens, 20, and her mom Tanishia Starr, 39, late Friday morning whereas they have been inside a automobile outdoors an Orlando house advanced, in keeping with Orange County Police.
