Republican South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham instructed CNN host Dana Bash to “cease overlaying” for Democrats when discussing late-term abortion Sunday morning.
“At 15 weeks you could have a developed coronary heart and lungs. And to dismember a baby at 15 weeks is a painful expertise, it is barbaric, it is out of line with the remainder of the civilized world.
