Texas man found guilty of murder after teenage son shoots and kills three in convenience store


The daddy of a teenage boy who shot and killed three different teenagers in a comfort retailer the day after Christmas in 2021 was discovered responsible of capital homicide this week. 

Richard Acosta, 34, was convicted by a jury after three hours of deliberations on Friday and faces life in jail with out parole when he’s sentenced, in line with Fox 4 Dallas.

Richard testified at trial that he drove his son to the shop, however didn’t know the teenager was armed and didn’t know his son shot anybody. Abel ran out of the shop after the taking pictures and jumped within the backseat of Richard’s truck. 

“He says, ‘Go, get out. Someone is taking pictures. Get me out of right here,'” Richard testified, in line with Fox 4 Dallas.
