A San Quentin State Jail captain was arrested final week on suspicion of sexually assaulting somebody who was unconscious.
Orlando Ponce, 43, was arrested Thursday, accused of forcible penetration of an unconscious particular person, the Marin County Sheriff’s Workplace mentioned in a information launch.
